how do you say words like 'well', 'yeah', 'uh-oh' in Arabic language?
For example:
1. Well, that's a lot of things to do!
2. So yeah, they refused to sign the paper.
3. Uh-oh, the computer's screen is broken.

well = حَسَناً
yeah = أحل / نعم
oh-uh = لاااا with in bad cases

"well" is translated as "حَسَنٌ"
"yeah" = أَجَل
"uh-oh" (to express that you forgot something, or you're in trouble) = يا وَيْلي / يَا اِلاهي

Classical Arabic :
1- well.that's...... = حسنا هناك الكثير من الاشياء لنفعلها,
2-ٍSo....= اجل لقد رفضت التوقيع على الورقة
3-Uh......=يا للهول لقد كسرت شاشة الحاسب الالي
Egyptian Accent :
1-well. اشطة في حاجات كتير هنعملها
2-so..ايوة موافقتش على التوقيع
3- Uh... يا لهوي الشاشة اتكسرت
