Is it odd to say "He has many muscles."?
I want to add more details to the expression "He's strong.". So I want to say "He has many muscles.". Dose that that sounds odd? Thank you for help!!

Yes. Everyone has many muscles!
Use an adjective if you want to say he has well-developed muscles. 'He is very muscly' or 'he is very muscular.'
