If they are all used as nouns, 'home' emphasize the place where you live with your family, it involves the house, the furniture, and the people who live in. Home is the place to protect you aganist wind, rain, it is the best place where you can go when you are tired, get hurt.
'house' refers to the building that belongs or doesn't belongs to you.

he main difference between HOME AND HOUSE is that HOUSE is more concrete. House refers to a building in which someone lives. In contrast, a HOME can refer either to a building or to any location that a person thinks of as the place where she or he lives and that belongs to her or him.
