Good night to all the good/kind people = Magandang gabi sa lahat ng mabubuting/mababait na tao. Sa lahat ng mababait na/mabubuting tao, matutulog na ako. = To all the kind/good people, I am going to sleep now.

Literally, what you have said is 'to all the good and kind people, I'm going to sleep now'. I might say ' Thanks to everyone for all your help, I'm off to bed now!'

'mababait' is more of kind and nice than good. I suggest using 'mabubuting' :)

It can be said in many ways: "Goodnight everyone" "Goodnight people" "Goodnight to all the people" "Goodnight to all the good people" "Goodnight good people"
