what does " All the Sub-Capos and Capo Regimes" mean?
"This is a list of the Cosa Nostra families in the East. All the Sub-Capos and Capo Regimes. Our problem is, we don't know which one Angeli is hooked up with."

Hi Harry,
I guess you're reading something about the Italian mafia? From my limited knowledge, the 'capo' is a faction or division leader (the captain) - like the manager in a business, and a sub-capo would be a division under this.
Hope this helps.
