I think you mean : في الصّباح. Then, this means: In the morning. ماذا تأكل في الصباح؟= What do you eat in the morning? by the way, are you from Indonesia/Malaysia?

If you mean fissawebeh في ثوبهِ. Then it's (wearing his clothes)

في الصباح = in the morning = fi assabah في = in =fi الصباح = the morning = assabah صباح = morning = sabah ( without " AL=ال " taarifya )
