"요괴를 물고 늘어지는데"
요괴: monster, demon
물고 늘어지다: bite and hold to it. sink one's teeth in something and won't let go.
(늘어지다: 1) 길어지다 2) 아래로 처지다 3) 놓지 않고 계속 버티다. "물고[잡고] 늘어지다")
So in English: "It sank its teeth in the monster's body and wouldn't let go...".
즉 사람이나 짐승이 요괴 (악마, 귀신, 괴물) 의 몸을 물고는 놓지 않고 싸운다는 뜻 같습니다.
