Could I say 'I'm sleepless' instead of 'I'm without sleepy' or 'I can't sleep'?
Does this adjective is used just to mean you're with insomnia?

The only correct one is "I can't sleep." You could also say "I'm not sleepy." Or "I'm wide awake."
