What does it mean "that's me as well"
when I watched the movie "Harry Potter", Harry said "that's me as well".
I thought its mean is the same as "me too".
Is it correct?

Strictly speaking Daicen is right. It could mean 'me too' or 'that is also me' or 'that was me also' - especially if it is in a context where there is more than one Harry such as where they use a 'time turner' to save Buckbeak.
