pos = pues, entonces
putito = little gay (it's vulgar)

"Pos" is another way of writing "pues" which in Spanish means "Well" as in "Well I think so" (Pues pienso que sí).
"Pos así sigale a ver que saca" is going to mean "Well, keep going that way and let's see what happens" or "Well continue in those steps and let's see what happens". I'm sure you see where this is going.
A "putito" is a bad word in Spanish which basically refers to a male as "gay" so, needless to say, it is a vulgar expression.
Hope this helps!

jajaja!! good questions! I´m sorry for my English ok?
"pos" / "pues" = so
"pos asi sigale a ver que saca" = when you are doing an action or something that will generate problems
Well, first "puto" diminutive "putito" emphasize "reputito" / vulgar gay, but in this case "reputito" is coward
"si es reputito luego" = some times he is a coward
But it is a way to insult some one.
I hope you understand me!
Regards!
