I need to know how to pronounce these odd kana
I cannot find a single language partner in the United States that recognizes any of these. We aren't sure if they're a part of a different dialect or if they're archaic, but if you can help by letting me know how to pronounce them I'd greatly appreciate it.

this isn't kana, it's a kana symbol and the symbol of degree ゜added to it...
in kana this round thing can only be added to one of 10 items:
はひふへほ ハヒフヘホ
with any other symbols -- it's meaningless
