Italian Proverbs: Do Not Sell Sun in July.
Please help me explain the meaning of this proverb: Do not sell sun in July. It's an Italian proverb. I would be grateful if anyone could help me to figure it out!

well i'm italian but never heard a proverb like this!!
the meaning can be that july is a month full of sun so becouse of "market law" the price will be low!!
but in winter the sun is less common so you could earn much money selling it in winter!
