I lost my book

That is what Jude was asking you. The answers to those three questions would tell us what we need to know to respond.
e.g. I dropped something/not very/no, I am very polite. or Someone just cut my ear off/yes, I am yelling and screaming and throwing things/I want to swear the worst swearwords you have ever heard.

anyone can tell me how to respond the context?

As Heather said - it will depend on the context.
1. Why are you upset?
2. How upset are you?
3. Are you upset enough for vulgarity/is vulgarity appropriate, or is slang enough?
