What is "숙소생활"?
- 숙소: "lodge", where you stay in general, including dormitory (기숙사).
- 생활: daily life
- 숙소 생활: life at the lodge; lodge life.
- ~중인가: in the middle of...; carrying out something.
"숙소 생활 중인가?" is a little vague because 숙소 means any place (other than home) you put up and sleep at night. It is like "Is (he/she/you/...) staying [living] at a [lodge / visitor's quarters / dormitory / ...]?". "기숙사 생활 중인가?" would be "Is (someone) staying [living] at the dormitory?"
