I think what you meant is "Are there any Germans in this community?" There are a few, but not many. You would be better to ask this in a German area. You could do that if you add German to the list of languages you are learning. But - you should be able to easily find this information from a search engine. I know you probably don't have access to Google, but Bing or Baidu should be just as able to find that information for you.
