你们不用‘发晕’这个词吗?
‘突然感到发晕’ 这样的表现不太常用吗?
或者你们代替用 ‘头晕’ 这个词吗?

同意@wang haoyu,可能是不同地区讲话习惯不同吧,我们这里发晕还挺常用的,和头晕一个意思,也可以说“头发晕”、“脑袋发晕”、“人发晕”……都是一个意思。

用肯定会用,但也肯定不常用。“发昏”、突然感到“头晕”或“头昏”会更常用一些。“代替用”也会讲,但更准确的应该是“代之以”(文言句式),或"用……代替“。

我有点发晕。这个表述是正常的。我有点头晕,我感到头晕,都可以。
