What is the exact meaning of "That would be nice of you"?
In what cases do i have to use this sentence?

It means that it would be nice or kind if a person did something you think is good. For example, you are walking and you are holding a stack of books. Someone then offers to help you carry the books. This is where you would reply with "That would be nice of you!"
