How about this? Are those all sentences you want to say? I think it is better to add another sentence like this, "I'll send you a message as soon as I solve this problem." 「この度は、インターネットの不具合によりご迷惑をおかけしたことを心よりお詫び申し上げます。大変申し訳ありませんが、未だにインターネット接続の問題を解決できていない状態にあります。」 My sentence means below. 「問題が解決しだい早急にお返事させていただきます。」
