where can i use these words ? and what is the difference between these two ?

Dime es el imperativo del verbo decir, que significa expresar algo por medio de las palabras, mientras que cuéntame es el imperativo del verbo contar, el cual significa relatar un suceso o algo.
Aunque hay pequeñas diferencias, muchísimas veces se usan como sinónimos.
