"손가락 해임"
- 손가락: finger
- 해임: 解任, fire (relieve someone of his duties).
Not a commonly used term, but it probably means firing someone by pointing his finger.
A tyrant of a leader might point his finger at people and say "You, fired. Out!".
Not common of course - I've only seen that in movies :-)
