念书=读书，一般指一种状态，比如说 我在念书（ I'm studying ）。也可以指read it out
“阅读“一般指看书，不发出声音。I'm reading =我在阅读／我在读书／我在看书
“阅读“听起来比较文雅，“读书“比较常用
