How and where to use "Minna" みんな in japanese exactly ?
みんな、よろしくたのむな。
Minna, yoroshiku tanomu na.
I want you all to welcome her.
used for introducing a new student to others by teacher.
Is it has same meaning with "guys, folks" ? or something different?
Could you explain to me a little bit please

You're correct. "みんな" refers to "everyone, everybody, guys, folks" and so on.
