How do I say "besides ___" or "other than ____" in Korean? Example: (1) Besides work, what have you been doing these days? (2) Other than work, what have you been doing these days? I'm guessing "what have you been doing these days?" would be 요즘 뭐하고 있었어 but I'm not sure about the rest. 감사합니다!

일(업무) 외에 (sounds little bit formal), 일 말고 (sounds casual, spoken language.) I would say like this: "일 말고, 요즘 뭐하고 지내세요?" "업무 외에 요즘 하는 거 있으세요?"
