What is the difference between: 소지하다, 소유하다, and 보유하다?

소지 (所持) - 몸에 지님 something you posses in your body, e.g memories.
소유 (所有) - 가지고 있음 something you are carrying, physical item.
보유(保有) - 간직하고 있음 something you look after, retain.
세계기록을 보유하다
have[hold] a world record
