It really depends on how he chooses to pronounce it but as an English speaker I would pronounce it as "Kawadja" but if the "j" is pronounced as a "y" (as it is in some European languages) in then "Kawaya" might be correct. Try finding something by him on Youtube and he might introduce himself and say his name on a video.
