Acceptable in a colloquial manner but should be "Who does the red car belong to?"
Whose shoes are those ones int he corridor?
Whose shoes are in the corridor?
Whose dog is barking outside?

Whose house was the one we saw yesterday?
Whose house did we see yesterday?
Whose car was stolen in front of my house?
Acceptable depending on the context and there is also a suggestion of incredulity.
