何をするのが好きですか？[なにを　するのが　すきですか]　is the right translation for it. But we might say: 趣味は何ですか[しゅみ　は　なんですか] (What is your hobby?)、好きなことは何ですか[すきな　ことは　なんですか]　(What are things you like to do?) more often than that. Hope it helps!
