出来れば、日本語で返事してください。

I would say,
できれば、日本語で返事をしてもらえますか?(polite)
できれば、日本語で返事をしていただけますか?(more polite)
"出来れば、日本語で返事してください" is good and polite too.
But, by making it a question, it sounds more polite.
