I wanna know the exact context what is the '1 year' for. Like you've been doing something for almost a year or it has been almost a year from something happened.
But still in general, 'i am almost 1 year now this coming march' is '오는 3월이면 거의 1년이 된다'
'almost 1 year' is '거의 1년'
