「じゃありません」和「ではありません」的意思是完全一样的。 「じゃ」其实是「では」的音变。 所以一般在说话的时候，用「じゃありません」比较多（有时候也用「ではありません」，比如比较正式的场合）。 然而 在写文章的时候，都用「ではありません」。
