Is it called wearing perfume?~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I dont like wearing perfume.--- Is it correct?What would you describe it when you have perfume on your body.

to 'wear' or 'to put on' perfume !
It is better to use ' to wear ' when it is on the body already .
If someone is spraying it or applying it ,then it is appropriate to say ' he /she is putting a perfume on .
While it is already applied then' The perfume you are wearing smells so good " sounds better . It is the state of having it on.
As Narca says, it sounds a bit unnatural as clothes are normally the ones worn and perfumes are not tangible as hats ,watches etc as to be worn , but maybe because it engulfs your body ,so you are kind of wearing it .
This expression applies to make up as well ( She is wearing a dark-red lipstick ) .

Exactly!. That is correct.In your question you would say"How would you describe it when you have perfume on?"

It seems counterintuitive, however it is correct to say "wearing perfume"
