"i know you're busy" => (너) 바쁜 거 알아 (speaking to a friend) or 바쁘신 것 알아요 (polite)
Example:
- I know you're busy but could you answer my inquiry please?
=> 바쁜 거 알지만 질문한 거 답 좀 해줄래? / 바쁘신 것 알지만 제 질문에 답해 주실 수 없을까요?
