What does '부시시하다' mean?
I didn't find its translation in dictionaries :(
The phrase was '부시시한 얼굴'

부시시하다 is a dialect of 부스스하다
부스스하다 : 머리카락이나 털 따위가 몹시 어지럽게 일어나거나 흐트러져 있다.
부스스하다 means
disheveled, unkempt, messy (머리카락이) shaggy
ex)
잠이 덜 깬 부스스한 얼굴로 나타나다
show up with a sleepy and disheveled face
머리털이 부스스하다
one´s hair is ruffled
부시시한 얼굴 means "disheveled face"

Suppose you drank yesterday and you slept late. So there was no time to wash your face when you went to the company.
Then, how do you expect your face? dirty, not fresh, sleep in your eye, even you didn't shave...etc.
