What does it mean "They laughed me out of room" ?

It means that they laughed at you until you were so embarrassed that you left the room and kept laughing as you left.

They laughed me out of the room. (You need article.)
It means they didn't take what you said seriously. They didn't consider what you said to have any validity (when you make a proposal or suggestion of some kind.)
