Does 'after class' mean 'after school'?

I would use "after class" to mean after a particular session, and "after school" would mean after all of your classes for the day. So if you had lunch in between some other classes, you could say you had lunch "after math class" but not "after school". I hope that makes sense.

It means : after the end of the class.
