I think ghosts do not "haunt" in Spanish hehe. But witches do ;-). However, we use the word "embrujar". and you can say: "Casa embrujada:" Haunted house.
For ghosts you could use: "asustar", "aterrar" or maybe "aparecer." You can say: "Se le aparecío un fantasma." "A ghost appeared in front of him" or "Un fantasma está "asustandolo." A ghost is scaring him.
A ghost "embrujando" someone, it will sound more like "casting a spell" ;)

well in this you can use the verbs: perseguir (by memory) or aparecer (by gost) ... Un fantasma se le apareció.
Él siente que un fantasma está persiguiéndolo.
