How do you say " let's hangout/meet up sometime soon" in Brazilian Portuguese?

Hi!! You can say: Vamos sair/nos encontrar alguma vez em breve?

You can literary translate to: Vamos sair?/ Vamos nos enco trar em breve? But we really don't say that. The first question I would say "Quer ir à algum lugar?". It is not that direct if your intentions is to ask someone out and you can use with friends. The last question... Brazilians would say that but with no intention of meeting you. It is a common frase, like: " vamos nos encontrar." ou "precisamos marcar um dia para sairmos". I would translate that this way: " vejo você em breve." (See you soon.)
