More context (sentences using these acronyms) would help. However, I will give you some help getting started. I cannot be sure these answers are correct.
Search Internet for "CSPM definition", "BTQS definition", etc.
GTR doors seem to be car-related: https://www.google.com/search?q=GTR+doors&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
BTQS = boutiques? https://www.google.com/search?q=+BTQS&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8
CSPM http://acronyms.thefreedictionary.com/CSPM
BM/DM = bulk mail/direct mail (searched for marketing "BM/DM" definition)
KAM = key account manager http://www.acronymfinder.com/KAM.html (searched for KAM acronym)
LAM local asset manager? / local area model? http://www.acronymfinder.com/LAM.html (searched for LAM acronym)
