Es un neologismo formado con el sufijo latino (i)cida 'matador', 'exterminador'. Por tanto, esta palabra significaría 'que mata o destruye la austeridad'. Otras palabras formadas con el sufijo latino -cida son parricida 'que mata al padre', herbicida ' que destruye plantas herbáceas'. Espero haberte ayudado.
