Un cauce es un conducto de agua, por donde pasan los ríos y arroyos. ''Encauce'' puede ser imperativo, o presente de subjuntivo del verbo ''encauzar'', que significa abrir un cauce o llevar por buen camino un tema, discusión, etc.
