If you are using the firefox web browser, I would recommend you to install this add-on:
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/3349
In this case, you can go to any lyrics website and simply scroll over the lyrics for the hanyu pinyin. 
I'm using the Japanese version right now and it's really good at identifying the kunyomi and onyomi readings. So I think the Chinese version would be even better!
