On the second one, these are all quite common words so I suggest you find the dictionary definitions, some example sentences, and then try to explain to yourself the difference. We can then check if you are right.

A "division" is a unit of an organisation e.g. in government or a company. e.g. the sales division, the media division. A "sector", in the context of business, is a unit of an entire market or industry e.g the engineering sector, the food sector.
