What is the English term of sleeping in the noon?
Is there any term for when we are sleeping in the noon?
Mid-day sleeping, maybe? Mid-day sleep?

We usually just call it a "Nap" .
which is a short sleep anytime, other than night time

Not really but we sometimes say "I had a little siesta this afternoon" meaning I slept for a while.

Nap, as in siesta. A short, 90 minute nap, more or less.
