My parents say the noodles are very delicious. Better use past: My parents said the noodles were very delicious.
I like to cook for my family.
I will make food for my family.

"I've made noodles for my family today.
My parents said that the noodles was delicious."
You could actually merge your third sentence with the last one into "I enjoy cooking for my family"
It's shorter, depends on how you want it to be said. :)

I like to cook for my family, so I will continue to make a food for my family.
