How to say "is everything alright?" in Japanese
Hi! I'd like to ask someone how it's going for them after we greet each other as a way of saying how are you since I've been told it's not recommended to use "お元気ですか" to a stranger. Would it be appropriate to say "全て は 良く です か?" if the person is close to my age?

"is everything alright?"
a close meaning phrase is
"うまくいってる?".
but this phrase is not so popular.
I'll show you some casual greeting phrases.
「元気?」(げんき?)
= How are you?
「調子はどう?」(ちょうしはどう?)
= How's it going?
