"Here is / Here's" is correct because "kiwi fruit" is being used as an uncountable (like "fruit"). Uncountable nouns are all singular.
"fruit" (and "kiwi fruit") can also be countable, to mean individual pieces of (kiwi) fruit. In this case, you would say: "Here are some kiwi fruits."
