I have a question "Well, she's a cop, for starters." What does "for starters" mean in this sentence? Does it mean "first of all"? if it does, what is the different between them? PS: I saw this sentence in a TV show "Lucifer" S01E04.

Yes, it does mean 'First of all'. 'First of all' and 'For starters' are exactly the same and completely interchangeable.
