I want to ask about karke and kiya, are they the same meaning?
Like "maine tumse pyaar karke" and "maine tumse pyaar kiya"
There are in bollywood songs.

No they are not the same meaning.
'Maine tumse pyaar karke' would best translate to:
"Having loved you, I....."
So it's a incomplete sentence and requires more information.
The second sentence is a complete sentence saying 'I loved you'
