"What about me?" might be used in two ways.
1. 나는 어쩌고? / 나는 어떡하고? How come you leave me out? This is when someone takes note of everyone except the speaker for some reason, so the speaker says this to grab their attention.
2. 나는 어때? What is your take on me? What do you think of me (as a choice, possibility, etc)? For this meaning, I think "How about me?" might be better.
