Which one should go with preposition "been"? Could you please say me a list of the most essential?
I meant that if "good" is accompanied with a preposition or not.

"Been" is not actually a preposition. It is the past participle form of 'to be.'
So far as I know, it is always used with 'have' or 'had.'
Examples:
I have been trying to learn Korean.
I had been waiting for hours when my friend finally came over.
